Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Jaipur - Ajmer:
On arrival at the airport/railway station in Jaipur, you will be transferred to your hotel in Ajmer. Ajmer is surrounded by the Aravalli Mountains. It is a pilgrimage centre for the shrine of the Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti and is also the base for visiting Pushkar, an ancient Hindu pilgrimage city, famous for the temple of Brahma. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can spend the evening shopping, where you can buy a variety of items like antiques, curios, jewellery, tie and dye fabrics, embroidered shoes (Mojaris), and trinkets. While you are shopping in Ajmer, don't forget to buy some of its famous attar (perfume), which is made from the juice of roses. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 02: Ajmer & Pushkar Sightseeing :
After breakfast, you will visit the shrine of the Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. It was during the reign of Emperor Akbar (1556-1605) that Ajmer emerged as one of the most important centres of pilgrimage in India. The Mughal Emperor undertook an unceremonial journey on foot to accomplish his wish to reach Ajmer. The Akbarnmah records that the Emperor's interest first sparked when he heard some minstrels singing songs about the virtues of the Wal (Friend of God) who lay asleep in Ajmer. In the evening, visit Pushkar's only Brahma Temple or sacred Pushkar Lake. Afterward, you can go to enjoy a ropeway ride at Savitri Temple or a camel safari in the desert. Later, return to the hotel followed by an overnight stay.

Day 3: Departure from Ajmer
Get ready to explore Ajmer for a half-day where you can visit the other famous attractions of the city. This includes Akbar Palace & Museum, Ana Sagar Lake, Adhai Din ka Jhopda, Daulat Bagh, etc. Later you will be transferred to Kishangarh airport/ Ajmer railway station for your onward journey.
